Beware of elephants!

Outskirts of Mangochi town is located in the southern end of Lake Malawi. "Beware of Elephants" signboard is written in English but there is also a picture of elephant for people who don't read English. 55 years later, a lot of houses were built close together and both elephants and the signboard disappeared. Only one Baobab tree remained and keeps on growing. The village leader called Mwichande brought us to this place, and stood at the point where there used to be the signboard. (Y. Kada)
